are there any way to delete music from icloud library or on device?

I will be happy if anyone agree with me about using apple music. it is really too hard to delete a music by ios 10. the new apple music wants users to play song then delete it ; but by old version we could delete any song even we do not listen it.

shortly, I miss old versio of apple music. because edit songs you listen on own device was really easy.

If any authorized person see that comment, please reedit aple music.

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!

From your post, we understand that you would like to delete some music that is downloaded to your iPhone or in your library, but the process is different than it was prior to iOS 10. The new process of deleting content is explained in the following article:

Download music - iPhone

Remove music stored on iPhone. Touch and hold the song, album, playlist, or music video. Tap Remove, then tap Remove Downloads. The item is removed from iPhone, but not from iCloud Music Library.
